Design Must

Do i need to type anymore?

Hot Chocolate Anyone?

My flatmate bought these. I liked the little description is written on the package. It goes very well with the feel to the packaging.

Solihull, Birmingham

I found this in Birmingham when i went to visit a friend. I think large typography and vector based images look really nice especially in a big complex. My mate laughed at me so much for taking these photos! She thought i looked like a right tourist!

Leeds!

These are on a shop window in 'The Light'. I like the was a book page style has been printed onto the front of the window highlighting the main bits which the shop provide for people. I dont know whether this is an actual page out of a book or it has been re-typed but still the concept is quiet engaging and is noticed by many people when they walk past as it is printed at quiet a large format.

I saw this in Leeds town. The words written in the form of feet was what caught my eyes first and when i went closer and founf they were written in words i was well impressed considering we did a project like this in the first weeks of uni. The logo was my favourite. It had a very contemporary feel to it and it was also giving information out to people.

I saw this when i was walking home. It reminded me of Banksys work. Im not quiet sure who did this.

Pantone Cards

I think almost anyone could tell this was done by some clever graphic designer! Pantone is the way forward!

Magomed Dovjenki

This reminds me of Si Scotts work. I like the effect thats given in these. Also how the ink is dripping off the addidas sign if effective.

Worst/Best? Which one is it going to be?

Here it goes again, we have another christmas brief. This time we are researching into BEST/WORST, which is going to eventually become a moving image brief.

For this i have decided to look at peoples habits. My concept behind doing this is people do these things everyday which go unnoticed and some people would probablly not even realise they are doing so.

So eventually i will come up with the top 10 WORST habits...but i think a bit of brainstorming is needed first!
